INSTRUCTIONS
1) Select the site for venepuncture, preferably at the antecubital area
2) Stretch the tourniquet band behind an arm
3) Loop the tourniquet band around the arm
4) Tie the tourniquet at 4-5 finger widths above the selected venepuncture site
